Playing and working on core strength and stability - it’s Malasana aka Yogic Squat but not as you know it! I absolutely love my wheel, what a great way to work on inner core muscles as well as improve connection between inner and outer unit - we are talking about shoulders, waist, abdominals and back. The rules are simple - the less of your body is down on the ground or holding to something the more challenging the Pose becomes!
